Legacy Signs of Texas was born out of frustration. As owners of multiple retail stores, we dealt with many broken promises, disrespectful customer service, and missed grand openings as a result of “unprofessional” sign companies. After going through 3 companies over a 5- year period, we saw an opportunity.
We knew we could do better. Roger Chung, with over twenty years of executive sales and marketing experience working for a fortune 500 global company and his wife Yooni’s exceptional eye for detail and uncompromising customer service mindset, served as the foundation of our new venture.
Our journey had begun. We acquired a small sign shop in Dallas called ‘On Time Signs’. Then in the fall of 2017, we also acquired a Fort Worth sign shop called Legacy Signs of Texas. This acquisition allowed us to expand our footprint west of the DFW metroplex into uncharted territory. Along with our loyal customer base and our ever-expanding new clientele, we established Legacy Signs of Texas as a top-tier regional sign company.
Then with the onset of Coronavirus which dominated the year 2020, we experienced set-backs similar to other businesses. However, we were determined to continue the same customer satisfaction we had always strived to provide. This attention to customer care reflected back to us in a surge of exciting growth and we decided to move into our current 50,000 SQFT facility in Denton TX.
All along, we focused on “making the right decisions on behalf of our customers” as our motto. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings, and we are now making and servicing signs all over the country.
